Phi Delta Theta is a house that is near the bottom of the row but I know that many girls think they are gentlemen. Their parties are lackluster to say the least but their brotherhood is fairly strong. The Phi Delts lack in grades and their physical house is not up to par on the row. To their credit, they are fairly involved within the Greek system and the guys that I have met are nice guys that you can hang out with and chill.

The Kappa Sigma house is the strongest brotherhood on the row. There is not many other aspects of Greek life that they participate in but they all know one another and enjoy being around each other. Their house is a little off the row but they do still throw events. Nothing terribly impressive other than the brotherhood but they have a loyal following of a few girls who feel very comfortable in that house.

The betas are very good in some Greek life aspects, and straight up terrible in others. The majority are gentlemen focused on their future success rather than partying. As a result, the social scene is less than desirable and very few girls come around to their sporadic events. Their house is one of the nicest and they pull the highest grades, far and away. Beta focuses mainly on strong brotherhood and class, but the girls who do go around are pretty loyal.

The previous ratings are pretty accurate as many of the sororities on the row go to the Sigma Nu house for a chill group of guys. The house is perhaps the worst on the row but they are having fun while building strong brotherhood. Mainly focused on drinking and chilling out, without all of the other aspects of Greek life. Nice guys who cater to a very specific crowd.

The Sigma Phi Epsilons are an interesting group that is just barley in the top tier, but could potentially be put into mid tier. They are a wild bunch and girls are always down to party and have a good time at their house. The physical structure is less than impressive but they are always in the mix for most chill guys. The brotherhood is not super strong with many cliques and not all they guys are the best looking. Overall, a large house with an emphasis on partying.

Pikes are a party house for sure and there have been some terrible rumors in the past few semesters. Overall though, girls really have a great time at the house and their brotherhood seems to be among the best on the row. Their house is the classic "get down and dirty" house and there are always cops stationed outside on a Thursday night. Always rushes a good class and is a strong chapter on this campus.

Such great guys, always make me feel welcome when I'm at their house. Have I mentioned how hot they are? Only house I party at.

even though they are always drunk, they have always been classy gentlemen who know how to have a good time! so hot!
