Great house. Mostly fun girls to hang with. Not stuck up like most girls down row. The girls here don't feel like they deserve drinks and for every guy to just swoon over them. Probably one of the most attractive houses as well.

Good house with good girls. That being said, unless you are in their house, you will never see about 75% of their actual membership. They work hard to keep up their intelligent reputation but consistently get beat by ChiO in GPA. They also try very hard to look good on campus. Not very fun girls to hang out with at parties, but good girls to study with. They like Lambdas because they are willing to simp to them hard. They like to be catered to and will complain if a guy doesn't just want to talk to them about whatever they care about. If I had to sum it up, they are horse-girls. Any 5/5 ratings on here are obviously self-ratings. Theta is still a top house due to their involvement, but man do they need to get over themselves.

This house used to be a contender. After their wonderful formal and subsequent social probation, they've been in a rough patch. Instead of holding their standards during RUSH, they seem to just take anyone they can get to please their nationals. Not saying that all the guys they get are bad, just that there are quite a few who fall off the face of the earth the moment they enter their house. This year, they've decided to embody their party-persona to attract potential members. The house lacks leadership, but with the right guys in charge I think they could make a major comeback on row.

As a member of the big house, I have to say that I like most KA's. They have a few rotten eggs but we all do. In all honesty, it seems that they've been a little more cliquey as of late. They seem to lack the strength of brotherhood that they used to have. Also they've had a reputation of being superficial when it comes to girls and social perception. Otherwise, some of the most chill guys that throw absolute ragers. Truly a top house. Hard to say what they don't do decently at.

A couple cool guys in this house, but an equal amount of members come off as desperate and anti-social. If you are a girl and want to be worshipped like a god, go here for parties. The boys in this house struggle to make friendships with guys in the top houses on row. They also have zero pledgeship compared to other houses so they come off as soft and unexperienced. They have a reputation for being the smart and nerdy house, but they aren't even the smartest house. I would be much more keen on giving them a better review if they weren't such snitches. I have some genuine friends here, but the brotherhood needs some work.

Good guys. Some are a little entitled and self-obsessed, but they consistently produce the most involved men on campus. Strong characters and brotherhood. Not too obsessed with statistics, just with proving their worth as leaders and gentlemen. Will definitely be spending more time with these guys. They are very easy to talk to.
