Sigma Chi is definitely not most people's favorite; that being said, they are mostly pretty good guys and know how to have fun. They are always welcoming. They are definitely bottom tier, but that doesn't mean that they don't have a lot of good things going for them!

Pike is without a doubt the best fraternity on campus. They are very involved in all different aspects of the campus community. They're always fun to hang out with, whether it be during a registered party or just a casual night. It also seems that they are the only fraternity that actually has a strong sense of brotherhood. The only downside is that if you don't know a lot of Pikes it's a lot harder to have fun there, BUT they are all very friendly, so it's easy to get to know them!

It's hard to rank Lambda Chi since they are on social probation for 2 years, but I know a lot of girls that really like Lamba Chi. I don't really know any, but from what I can tell they seem cool and like good guys.

I have never had a great time at Kappa Sigma. They seem like nice enough guys, but they seem to not make much of an effort with the rest of the Greek community. I rarely ever see K Sigs on campus, but that might just have to do with the fact that I don't really know any, so I wouldn't know who to look out for. I hope I will be able to get to know some of the guys and have a better time at the house in the future.

KA is pretty average in my opinion - there are some really nice guys, but there are also some guys that seem to slip through the cracks. Definitely not the MOST involved on campus, but a lot more involved than some of the other fraternities. KA is the type of the house that will always make you feel welcome, which is really cool. They are all very friendly and it is very easy to have fun there. Not my personal favorite house, but I never have a bad time there!

Let me enlighten you on some facts about KD. FACT: KD had the largest pledge class this last fall. This year sororities were not allowed to use frills to influence PNMs and their decisions were based on REAL connections between girls. FACT: KD won homecoming last year and the homecoming queen was a KD. FACT: Many KD's hold leadership positions and the president of panhellinic counsel is a KD. Some are just upset that even though KD is not "cookie cutter", they still excell in everything they do.

I remember going through rush week with these girls and the only thing that really stood out to me was how fake they appeared. Sure they are very nice girls with potential, but I couldn't get over the whole facade within the house. It's a great house if you're a social butterfly and love to go out and party.
