Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Martin - UTM 4.4 This group of women has worked extremely hard throughout their first year and not just because they've had a leadership consultant with them. For their first Formal Recruitment, they done tremendous even though the odds were against them and have been since they came back. This fraternity of women went from 10 to 90! Obviously, the "top 3" sororities weren't doing something right to not get those 90 women. UTM needs to look out because these girls have something that rest them don't...heart!!!!!

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Martin - UTM 2.6 Zeta really needs to re-group. In order to even compete with the "top 3" sororities, they need to invest more time and put in more effort as far as competing goes. They just seem like they couldn't care less about their image, or improving it for that matter, which is why they had to go inactive at UTM for a year and regroup. I really would like to see ZTA improve so the other sororities have more competition.

Zeta Tau Alpha - ΖΤΑ Sorority at University of Tennessee at Martin - UTM 3.0 I feel like I share this opinion with alot of Greeks, I don't know what to make of them after their first year. They were heavily involved, mainly due to their HQ being down and they got numbers and diversity but when HQ is gone and this sorority is left to these girls and real recruitment it's hard to say where they go? I think the diversity was good but there are alot of girls who aren't meant for a sorority and will either get alumni status or end up quitting. Let's see how involved they stay and if they can really compete with the top 3!
