Honestly theta is such a great example of what Greek life should be. The girls are diverse and fun and are really paving the way as a new chapter. Very cool

They're pretty much at the center of the campus's social scene. They host all the hot parties and if they're not hosting one they're at one. Haven't seen them do much in terms of philanthropy and stuff. Would be mid tier at a different uni.
