everyone who does primary recruitment wants DZ until they get dropped for not having enough followers on their instagram. at a social justice school with no houses we're clearly nothing like bama rush but DZ is the most sorority-type sorority on campus

we only have a handful of sororities so it's almost silly to assign them to tiers but everyone knows tri delt is bottom tier. girls would rather drop primary recruitment entirely than end up as a tri delt and their retention sucks

Literally nicest girls ever and actually genuine! They will actually be straight up and real rather than fake and cliquey. They seem to be really sweet and inclusive.

Wow so many negative posts about DZ in the 8 weeks leading up to rush. ;-) And even though a few of these posts say they are from former members its more likely these spam posts are from one person who wants to dissuade people from joining dz for whatever reason. If you are a pnm dont pay attention to any good or bad posts on greek chat. Its all bull. Go through recruitment and make your own decision. Pick the sorority based on the what your gut tells you. The place you felt most comfortable and the conversations flowed easiest. And once you join, if you make a sincere effort to get involved and build true friendships, you will have a great experience. Most people who drop out of greek life werent serious about the commitment or realistic about what they hoped to get from the experience.

fun girls but they're clearly very cliquey. it's refreshing that they don't feel as fake as the other sororities, they're super genuine. out of the three sororities, theta is the closest to phi delt and they always have mixers and parties together
