Phi Delt is the best fraternity on campus. They are so passionate about their organization and work hard to give USF the fun events it needs. The guys are literally involved in so much campus. If I rushed, I’d go Phi Delt 100%

They have been on probation for years now. They can't throw legitimate parties because of that. Their pledges are known to end up in the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Do not waste your time here. Since they can't raise money their formals arnt even any good. No good qualities that other fraternities don't do better.
