are recs required for rush?

Or are they viewed as abnormal at USD and nobody really does them? I'm from out of state and I don't know anybody so I thought they could help.

we had girls turn in recs during rush, it made them automatically on our radar and gave them a better chance. anything you've got helps when you just want to make sure the chapters notice you, so if you have connections to a sorority definitely get a rec

im also rushing... does it help to turn in more than one rec for a certain sorority from different campuses? like, if i know a theta from a couple different schools and had them all send one in for me?
