grades for primary recruitment?

hi I’m a pnm looking to rush in the spring and was wondering, how much do grades count when you’re rushing? Does a high gpa make it easier to get into a sorority? Or does it not matter as long as u meet the gpa requirement?

Sororities are most interested in getting to know you as a PNM, your values, and your character! GPA is mostly just for eligibility purposes. Be yourself and don’t worry too much about much else.

They do matter if you don’t meet the GPAs there’s a high chance you will get dropped in the second round esp if they have a higher GPA requirement. Do not rush if you are only hoping for one sorority if u don’t fit in their GPA requirement
