I love phi kaps, easily my favorite frat to party with besides dk who is off campus. They are genuine guys who don’t just try to get at you after five minutes.

Honestly had a pretty solid semester and I heard they were very active if you know what I mean but also super unfriendly to any non members.

They had one person in their pc and I know that doesn’t inherently make them bad but the fact that they couldn’t recruit anyone else says a lot
