They are no longer top house, but I'd put them in the top three. Most girls would prefer to party with them because they are the best of all worlds. They're hot, more respectful than most guys, and are extremely funny. They have the best personalities out of all the frats. They're the only frat guys I'd ever date.

If you want someone to party with, they're super fun. Just don't expect any kind of commitment from any of them...which is fine because they are just the guys you wanna drink with and maybe hook up a few times but nothing more.

you can tell how jealous everyone is of them but these negative rankings. To the people taking the time to take town the top house, you are the reason I would never rush and want to join a sorority. Alpha Phi girls are the only ones who are still nice and genuine to me, and they're the only girls my guy friends talk about being in love with and how hot their new pledge class is.
