not sure why i've been seeing so many posts implying KKG is the top house. their new pledge class is honestly not as hot as they're making them out to be. i'm sure they're top house still but there's no way that it's not a close tie between all three top houses (a phi and g phi). kappa is making themselves look way better than they are

I would put them as 2nd or 3rd. They have great brotherhood and their seniors and sophomores are hot, just kinda goofy. They recruit genuinely cool guys, not just guys they think girls will like. They're definitely the most fun frat to be around and I'd hang out with delts over fijis and lambdas any day. Always the best time
