sig chi, delta chi, or phi kapp for rush

Narrowed these guys down for rush, but can really only rush 1 or maaaybe 2 at the same time. I'm looking for a fraternity with a strong brotherhood, isn't super douchey, but also has a popular party scene.

sig chi and phi kapp are your best bet for a good party scene with sig chi being better known. id say phi kaps take the edge in terms of strong brotherhood as they all seem really close
