How competitive is it for juniors to rush in the Spring with the freshmen class? Is it harder to get a bid instead of rushing in the Fall? Or does it not matter as long as you can get many people to like you? :p

You will not get a bid by a sorority in the speing. They will be taking freshmen and sophomores

Some houses will be taking juniors, so it is worth going through rush if it interests you.

Yes. Many won't because they don't care how well a girl fits with them, if she's not a freshman/sophomore, they'll pick someone who will be in the house longer.

Sorry but juniors will not get a bid in the spring. Your best bet is to go to a cob event at sdt bc i know they didnt reach cap
