ranks for spring 17

Rankings are based purely off performance last spring. Not looks and social media but actual reputation and performance in recruitment.

Frats:
1) Sig Chi & PKP
Only two houses that consistently pull in good PCs and throw the best parties. Sig Chi can be douchey and PKP is cliquey/random but theyre both top.
2) Phi Delt
Would be up top if they had a hill house, it will always hurt them.
3) Pike & Sig Ep
Simply off the strength of their old reputations, need to do better though because neither will survive in this greek system if they act the way they used to (Sig Ep= old Kappa Sigs)
4) Beta, DChi, DSig
Nice, smart, involved. Depends on your preference for who is 'better' but they pull similar PCs
5) ATO
Up and coming. Could easily knock out Pike or Sig Ep just needs to recruit well and they can
Rest are irrelevant sorry.

Sororities
1)Tri Delt, Tri Sig, Chi O
Tri Delt and Tri Sig pulled in the best Spring 17, Chi O is always consistent. Tri Delts can be snobby and sisterhood can be cliquey. Tri Sig has the edgy image and def puts their best girls out front. Chi Os are nice but always just seem to be a little behind
2) DZ, KD
DZ, like Pike, was a total top house in the old Greek system but it simply isn't enough these days. Still, always capable of doing really well in recruitment just need to embrace an image different than the one they try to project! KD has done well the past two years and pushed ahead of Kappa/ADPi, seen as a 'nice' house.
3) Kappa, ADPi
Always a mixed bag, some great recruits along with some random ones. ADPi did very well last spring and stole from some top houses, still not as good as KD though.
4) TPA
These girls work hard and put their best foot forward, always involved.
5) DPhiE, AEPhi
Not sure about AePhi's status and DPhiE is always working hard during recruitment, they got a good PC last spring.
