They need to step up their social side. Their mixers suck, maybe because a lot of them have girlfriends (which is fine, but they shouldn't be at mixers). We pretty much stopped mixing with them just because the mixers (with no alcohol by the way) suck so badly. Really missing their old house too.

DphiE has continuously stepped it up. Coming from another sorority, I have a lot of friends in this house but don't understand why they are always ranked near the bottom in stupid "tier" posts. They are so involved, they not only participated but won many other houses philanthropy events, they put on a great deepher dude, and are very active on campus. I don't understand why people put them under houses that do nothing.
