Phi Kap is really low key about everything and tend to do their own thing which is good and bad. Mixed bag in terms of attractiveness but the Spring 16 and Fall 16 boys are hot. I think their major strength is that they are really easy going and all seem like best friends, I always found that really cute. Just my two cents from a girl who has partied here consistently.

All of the phi rho's I know are awesome. just because they're girl engineers doesn't make them weird; i think that's the point. They're trying to gather all the fun/cool girl engineers just so they have an academic backround. but they're social as hell and really cool
