I consider that it is rude to give someone a lower rating than they really deserve because you think they're rated too high. Who are you to try to "correct" other people's ratings? I think that speaks of an overinflated ego and a distinct lack of consideration for other people's opinions.

The most important thing about recruitment is to trust in the process and not drop out if you are cut by your favorite house. Each day look at the ones you still have because they actually like you. Stay in until the end and you will find your home.
