fraternity "rankings"

Houses can be divided into relevant, somewhat relevant, and irrelevant. Rankings among relevant houses are disputed with differing opinions.
Relevant: DKE, Elmo, Zete, Hall, Kappa sig, Chi Phi, KA, Phi Psi, SAE. (Pika would be if not for probation)
Somewhat relevant: Sammy, Sig Chi, Fiji. (Sig nu would be if not for probation)
Rest are irrelevant

Sigma pi and du parties are horrible, you must have never been to a real party before. Just because they will let any random first year dude into their parties doesn't mean they are relevant.

If they aren't in Tilka or Eli they aren't relevant. There are a million ways to rank fraternities, but if you're doing it in a a more traditional sense based off of prestige and powerful alumni, only the Hall, DKE, Elmo, Zete, Pika, KA, and Kappa Sig would be "relevant"

yeah SAE is borderline irrelevant at this point. Elmo is also on the borderline there - if they get less than 10 kids again this year they're gonna be in bad shape.

Agreed that the list is whack, but the fact that half of the first years party there is not a good case for relevance. I also wouldn't classify sigma pi parties as "amazing"
