2025 Frat End of Year Rankings

Tier 1:

1. Elmo - Late nights never flop and have great sorority relations with mainly theta/tri d. No foxfield pairing or dartys. Cool kids from all around. Best setup for late nights so will always be in this tier/flopped with dke

2. DKE - Solid late nights and darties, great sorority relations with theta/kappa. Foxfield with theta. Location isn't ideal but parties rarely flop. Lots of northeast kids, some are a little douchy. First frat at UVA so will always be in this tier/flopped with elmo

3. Zete - More chill late nights, solid darties. Relations are worst in tier besides kappa. Foxfield with kappa. Coolest southern kids. Parties won't blow you away but they're solid and rarely flops. Will always get coolest southern kids. Will always be top but fall behind dke/elmo


Tier 2:

4. Phi Psi - Great late nights and solid darties. Great relations with Tri d/Aphi. Foxfield with Aphi. Kids from all around and most are cool. Parties rately flop. Have always been good but are starting to rise

5. Hall - Mid late nights but good darties. Solid relationds with kappa/tri d. Foxfield with tri delt. Mainly southern kids, but starting to be more all over the place. Always take legacy kids but most are pretty cool. Late nights flop sometimes but darties usually don't. Used to be clear top but are starting to fall with recent pcs

6. SAE - Basically no late nights but great darties. No foxfield pairing usually. Great aphi relations and solid tri d. Half southern, half northern kids. Darties never flop. Comfortably staying in this tier


Tier 3:

7. Sig Chi - Would be tier above if location wasn't so bad. Lots of cool kids but will never get exposure to people because most won't make the trip. Good aphi/pi phi/dg relations

8. McCormick Hall/Ksig - Older kids are pretty cool, but will never be the same after getting kicked off. Foxfield with Pi Phi this year. Quad house so great location. Solid relations with pi phi/dg. See them staying here

9. Chi Phi - Great parties but not the best sorority relations. Took a massive pc this year with some being a little weird. On quad so good locations. Will probably stay here


Tier 4:

10. Beta: All around solid but nothing to blow you away. Could see them moving up. Cool kids from all around

11. 128/Fiji: Good parties, not amazing sorority reltions. Great location so has potential to move up

12. SNU: Quad location and solid all around. Will likely stay here
