2024-2025 End of Year Ranks

Top: Dke, Elmo, Zete, Hall

- Pretty interchangeable, never moving (Hall always last tho). Richest, biggest parties, best mixers, best girls, lines out the door. Weekly ragers. Toughest pledging. Self-possesed.

Upper: Phi Psi, SAE, Sig Chi, Chi Phi

- Popular and rich. Mix with top srats and get multiple good parties a semester. Tough pledging.

The Middle: A spectrum where each frat is neither belongs in high or low tier, but are definitely not all equal to each other. Steady decrease in popularity, wealth, parties, mixers, and pledging difficulty as they go on. None of these frats have 'flop' parties, but not theirs all equal.

From highest to lowest:

SNU, 128, Ksig, Beta, DU, OX, Sammy, Phi Soc, Dsig, KA

- 128 is hated but has good parties consistently. SNU is pretty popular. Ksig is somewhere in between. Beta, DU, and OX are just full of average dudes. Sammy has rape allegations, so might fall soon. Phi Soc and Dsig are kinda the same. KA is kicked off but is squeezing by.

Low: Chi Psi, Pikapp, SERP, Phi Delt, AEPI, ATO

- This is where the frats have parties that flop. All of these have one or two 'good' parties a semester. Mix with the lower tier srats only. Pledging varies, and can be very bad for the price. Chi Psi seems to be moving up, Pikapp is falling fast. ATO had a strong rebuild year.

Bottom: TDX, PiLam, Asig, SigPi

- Lots of flop parties. Might pull together a good party every now and then. Bad mixers, small PCs, bad houses, unpopular, not wealthy.

Dead: Phi Sig, SigEp, ZBT

- Don't host, don't mix, no pledges. So small you might never meet someone in any of these unless you knock on the front door.
