Why are theta/kappa ranked higher than tridelt

It seems like everyone wants tridelt more during rush, and they all mix with the same frats, so why do people usually rank theta/kappa higher

Tridelt doesn’t care about money and background as much whereas theta and kappa do so they’re considered more exclusive but tridelt usually gets more down to earth girls
