Do frats give snap bids?

I know some srats do this to meet quotas but do any frats?

Frats don't have the same rush system as sororities so there is no such thing for them as a snap bid.

Last year some frats (mainly lower tier ones) sent an email out to all the guys that rushed but didn't accept a bid anywhere to see if they still wanted to join a frat but generally most frats don't have any type of snap bid/COB
