Zete was the worst open house

Other top frats were way more open/talkative (Hall, Elmo, DKE, Phi Psi). Brothers at zete weren't wearing blazers and just playing pool/poker together instead of socializing with first years.

Top houses only do open house because its and IFC requirement. If you don't know anyone there already, you're not a serious rushee for them.
