are pi phi frat relations actually that bad?

i keep seeing rankings with pi phi at the mid top but everyone keeps saying they don't get invited to stuff. what's the real story with this?

This is literally not true at all, pi phi goes to most upper frats and many of them have boyfriends in the upper tier. They mix with every frat that asks them to mix which gives them a reputation of being nice to everyone.
