Are y'all this mean in person too?
by: nervous PNMPNM here. This site is so toxic it scares me. Girls are nice to me in person but reading here makes me wonder: are y'all like this in person when we really get to know you? talking about body odor and silly things like how rich parents are? I want to be in a srat but i don't want a repeat of high school. this just makes me sad seeing how mean people are. like if i forget to shower one time or if my mom buys me a new phone, are people going to come on here and just make fun of me? i don't want that level of stress but i do want to join the best srat for me. SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY

There are some smelly girls in dg and there are some chubs in Aphi. You won’t see them during recruitment though because those girls are hidden. There are some rich girls in xo but you’d never know it because they don’t broadcast it like the wannabe rich girls in theta do. Some of the nicest girls I met during recruitment were in sk and sometimes i wish i hadn’t been so quick to drop them. I have good friends in TriDelt and KD and they’re also good friends with each other.

No! Girls are not this mean in person. In my sorority we sit and read these together and laugh at them because of how outrageous they are. This site is full of hate and it’s really sad but more so it’s kind of funny. Don’t take it too seriously and during rush go with your gut! There are great girls everywhere!

reading some of this makes me not want to rush. for example what if i end up in dg, based on the past few posts it seems like everybody will think and say terrible stuff about me
i’m already nervous and it seems like this is all sooooo toxic. like why would i subject myself to this?!

Because no one is actually saying or thinking this stuff it’s just this dumb joke site. But if you’re taking it this seriously perhaps you are not cut out for it.

I’m in aphi and literally tatum has acted like I don’t exist for two years now…. seriously I can’t even get a look and a smile much less an invite to a pregame
