The Best Frat of Each Tier

High:

Hall - Most down to earth of the top frats, some great guys, consistency with good darties and parties

Upper:

Phi Psi - Honestly could in the upper echelon soon, some of the best parties of the year and prime location

Mid:

Beta - Throw crowded parties and have great sorority relations, one of the nicest brotherhood on grounds

Lower Mid:

Phi Society - Chill guys and good parties, only other frat in this tier that throws good parties is DU and they have the least likeable brotherhood on grounds

Low:

Pi Lam: Truly does well for themselves, throws crowded parties and may make the jump to lower mid in coming years

phi psi is upper its unfair to have them go up against the mid-tier, if not it would be def SAE
