The truth about rankings

Not sure who needs to hear this but incase it isn't obvious enough, the "top" frats and srats are not because they're the best quality, but rather how much money their parents have. DKE, Elmo, Hall, and Zete barely throw compared to frats like Sammy, Beta, Chi Phi, etc., and plenty of girls get turned off by Tri Delt, Kappa, and Theta based on that. There's a reason that lots of people like the upper mid or mid houses (and even some lower mid if I'm being completely honest) a lot better, and it's because they're actually fun and approachable.
