Which sorority has the best or worst house?

Like which sororities have the best or worst houses(looks and location) and does it matter during rush?
For example I was driving around and saw Kappa vs Pi phi… definitely a difference.

Doesn't matter much during rush since sororities rarely (if ever) have events at their house. I will say Kappa has the nicest house overall and in a good location. Tri Delt has nice houses (two next to each other) but they're both in a weird spot. DG, ZTA, and AXO have the best location since they're right on Mad Bowl. XO, Theta, DZ, and KD are behind Mad Bowl. Rest of the houses are scattered around.
