by: wellI'm gonna be honest, I think the mid tier frats have the best parties and have the best brothers on grounds. The top tier frats are pretty entitled (sorta understandable I guess) and their parties are overrated (DKE grain was a miss this year). Upper mid tier frats try so hard to act top tier but come off as douchey (Chi Phi and SAE mainly). Mid tier frats though are relevant enough to have packed parties but also don't care too much about social status, except maybe Sammy but that's it.
