ways to improve the rush process

Any thoughts, (constructive) criticism, etc, on the how the rush system can be improved? For both frats & sororitys. Things that have improved, things that need improvement, etc...

Bring back Themes for Sorority rush!!!!!! The ISC is crazy for getting rid of the only part of rush that separates one sorority from another for PNMs.
