I feel like a made a horrible mistake

I’m a second year so I can’t rerush. I had a favorite house all the way through but for some reason on pref I had a slightly awkward conversation with one girl, and that prompted me to choose a house I had consistently ranked in the middle instead. On bid day I realized I made a horrible horrible mistake. The girls in the first sorority really wanted me and I even have friends in that PC. I know nobody in my PC in this current sorority and none of the older girls have been welcoming at all. I don’t know what to do

Honestly you can’t do anything at this point because you accepted that bid. My advice is to give them a chance and hopefully you’ll grow to like them and feel a connection. If not, drop out before initiation

I would give it a month or two (at least until initiation) and give it an honest try. You might make new friends there and love it. If you still don’t drop ruft before you get initiated. You can always join clubs on grounds which honestly give you almost the same experience as Greek life
