for top 3: YES you either need to know older girls or be in a friend group with girls who do

for aphi/ pi phi : it definitely helps but you can still get in if you’re pretty/cool

for dz/ dg : it may help but these sororities usually get the good girls who didn’t know people in the above

Everywhere else : never hurts but not needed !
