Tier 1: KAT/DDD/KKG
Get invited to dke, elmo, hall, zete, ksig, sae, phi psi, fiji, chi phi
Private school girls, bid list was set months ago for kkg and kat
Downside of all is cliquey pledge classes and exclusion/ lack of diversity, upside of all is parties and good events

Tier 2: AP/DG/PBP/DZ
Get invited to zete, ksig, sae, phi psi, fiji, chi phi, sig chi, beta
Pledge classes are only 20% set, pbp has been less relevant lately in Greek life but still a strong srat with cool girls
Downside of aphi is self ranking and rushing for pretty girls, of dg is their zoom rush prospects, of pbp is that Greek life doesn’t like people who are different, of dz is they aren’t on all these frat lists (no zete, ksig, sae) but are cool girls who fit well with these other srats

Tier 3: XO/AXO/ZTA
Get invited to fiji, beta, sammy, du, ka, sig nu
Less homogeneous pledge classes more mixed bags, fun party girls
Downside is less frat invites for all, upside is fun girls

Tier 4: SK ADP

Tier 5: SSS KD GPB

I loved this so much that I copied it!
What strats look for:
- Theta/Kappa: honestly connections, money
- Tridelt: connections/money, however tridelt does recruit more based on personality than KAT/KKG. Tridelt looks for well rounded, social, outgoing girls.
Pi Phi- definitely rushes more on personality/vibes than looks and connections. Quirky, fun, outgoing girls. Tend to not always seem like your typical strat girl.
APHI/DG- looks is a lot of how these girls recruit, however Aphi is notoriously worse about this than DG. A lot of how DG recruits is around the girl next door vibe/personality, which makes the personalities in the group more cohesive. Aphi however often focuses solely on looks.
DZ- dz seems to rush on a combination of looks and personality, the group seems pretty diverse in looks and personality in a sense but they also tend to have the same social, bubbly vibe
AXO- rushes mostly on personality, but many girls are gorgeous. Because AXO focuses on rushing based on personality, they tend to have a very strong sisterhood
ZTA- feel like they rush based on general outgoing vibes, all girls in zeta have a sense of confidence that makes the group cohesive.
