No Dirty Rush = No Shot?

If I didn't get invited to any dirty rush events at the upper tier fraternities, does that mean I have no shot at even making it to invite rounds during rush? I know some brothers in some of those frats but I'm not super close with any of them and I really like the vibes of some of their frats.
