all i know is Kappa is living in the house right now while theirs gets renovated. not sure how their rush went at all but they’re doing year-round recruiting to colonize. but yeah that house will be nice and help them in rush whenever we get real darties back lol

frats have been trying to buy that house for years. i know chi psi and asig both tried to merge w SPE so they could get the house but they were initiated already. so idk who it would go to besides SPE once kappa moves out ?
