why would 4th years NOT drop?
by: yin all seriousness— what is the incentive to not drop if you’re a 4th year??? no matter what frat or srat you’re in, this semester is shot and next semester is up in the air and then that’s it. with no formals/dfuncs or mixers or even real philanthropy events if you’re not on exec i really don’t see why anyone would keep paying hundreds to thousands of dollars each semester for it. i can see younger members going inactive bc they have more years, but wondering how any f/srat is possibly keeping their 4th years rn \n\n\n\n\ngood news for girls who want to do informal though? lol

Some orgs have a lot of incentives for post-grad. I️ know a couple sororities have grad school scholarship opportunities, most orgs hire at their HQ and prefer members, networking, etc. I️ feel like when you've already paid into it for this long, might as well finish it out to keep it on your resume ...
