You’ll have fun wherever ur friends are, tier doesnt really matter except for sometimes upper tiers will have crazy good DJ’s/lights

the majority have fun parties!! u will know when some place doesn’t i’m assuming ur coming to UVA next year and like fr u might have to just wait it out i promise it will be obvious u have all of first sem to see
