someone explain

I’m from the west coast and I think I’m going to UVA next year without knowing anyone else there. I know it’s really early to have this fear, but is there any way I can get into a “good” sorority? Do you have to be a legacy or know people to get in to the better houses?

All of the sororities at UVA are good. They're filled with UVA women aren't they? Seriously, come in with an open mind and have a good time. Congrats on becoming a wahoo!

deadass don’t come in w this mindset.... there are like a few sororitys that are clearly not v good but other than that everyone agrees there are tons of amazing girls in every sorority

uh no. unless you're in top 6 you won't have near as much fun. also the girls get worse at each tier.

yeah this is definitely true- don’t listen to the people who say that beyond the “top” it’s not worth it. in probably the top 12 sororitys or so a huge social world opens up no matter what. plus these sororities are so big there are girls of different types in each one. u would find ur friends in any sorority.
