explain cobs and snaps?

To “ disagree” - No Not true . You are not judged by the letters you wear so much as your personality, class, brains, and, yes looks.- the whole package. The sum will always be greater than its parts. Do you seriously think a “ top tier” frat is going to turn away a beautiful girl from a so called” lower tier “ or “lower middle tier sorority”?? No
I know first hand of many of my beautiful talented friends who are sisters in some of these “ lower ranked sororitys” and they date and party with whoever they want. Sadly the upper tiers don’t want to advertise this.
Also money / snobbery/ elitism and looks will never buy you class .
