question about pledging....

Ok so I know this is quite lame and I'll be laughed out of here for this, but if possible just please help a struggling guy out.

I'm interested in rushing and pledging next semester, but I'm just a bit worried about things like "hell week" where I heard us pledges must live and sleep in the house for a week. I know many here will laugh and tell me that should be the least of my worries during pledging, but I have a particular sleep disorder and it's difficult for me to sleep without my mattress, and medical bead-weighted sheets.

Again I understand if you wanna laugh or whatever it's cool. But I'm just wondering if this will hold me back from pledging.
