by: hello there.Had a bad first semester, and hoped rushing would help me find my group. . . turns out rush at UVA is definitely unfair compared to my friends at Ole Miss and Alabama. Is anyone else considering leaving? BYE UVA!!!!!!

Top tier, research intensive, public university WITHOUT a fraternity/sorority system?! Good luck finding that.

academically similar doesn't have to mean big school! a lot of great small schools dont have greek system and are great

You do realize some of the top Ivy League schools have little to no Greek life. And exclusive all-girls school do not also. Be careful about putting that Greek org on the resume. Not all find it charming and it can work against you. By the way, the Wise diploma reads the same as the actual UVA one.

Besides the fact that most Ivy League schools have sororitys, and besides the fact that those that had very few in the past now have an increasing number of sororitys, have you considered that those Ivy Leagues schools with less than active sorority/frat systems have an equally exclusive social systems of class societies, eating societies, and finals clubs?
Let's you find the social acceptance you're seeking.

i really appreciate your wishes for me. really nice! i'm actually looking into schools that don't have greek life at all, that are all academically similar to UVA. nice try!
