That's not nearly as big of a thing as some people on this site want it to seem....Basically if you're absolutely obsessed with getting into a top tier sorority, go for it and get a coach. Although you probably should've a while ago because those sororitys dirty rush

Don't think anyone really knows how many girls have "coaches" (hired or not) as it's really not discussed. No one in their right mind would admit to having a coach.
