recruitment for sororitys

How do the top tier sororitys like kappa, theta, tri delt recruit new members? Is it mostly based on who you know or where you're from? Do you need to be in GL to have fun?

You're probably going to be invited back at least once. Which means you have more than 30 minutes to make an impression. Legacy works best if your relative was in a sorority at UVA.

If you make it to prefs you're in. I think they are required to put you on first bid list.

Any more advice on how to handle legacy? If my mom wasn't in a sorority at UVA should I just keep quiet about it? Could it hurt me?

Woukdn't mention if legacy was in bottom tier. Besides, you don't need it. They take everyone.
