You're all a bunch of squids... getting a house does not make you cool. No one knew who you were until you got the house and that doesn't change anything. Keep trying but you guys will never compete with anyone on frat row and should give up. Your parties are the worst and only filled with freshmen

Just came back last year. Used to be top tier. Will probably be there again when they get their house at the end of Strafford and Garrison opened.
