They used to be top tier but have lost their position to better houses. They support other houses and their philanthropy events. They really aren't all that bad but I hear they are losing their house.

This house is one of the best on campus. Great guys, great parties, their house is kind of crappy but I hear rumors that they may be getting a new one or renovating their current house.
