opinions ? what the truth about them ? do ya'll think they'll be able to just take back top spot right off the bat.

I think they will come back strong, but not number 1. I think SK and DDD have cemented those spots. I think that they will be better than Theta and DG right away.

Pi Phi will be just like any other new chapter, the bottom. They will get everyone no one else wanted. Plus their nationals will be up their azzes watching them constantly.

no way. they won't come back bottom. they still have strong following and history. some girls don't go through rush cause they want to wait for Pi Phi.

So not true. A sorority is only as good as their members. If they are ever allowed back, they will be at the bottom and recruiting all the leftovers. Pi Phi as a top house here is over thanks to their hazing.
