greek life necessary?

Im transferring to UNLV and I wondering if Greek Life is necessary to be involved and have a great time. Since the school is so close to Vegas and there is other clubs/organizations you can be involved in.

No. But the connections from Greek life are insane, joining a fraternity the connections you make can get you into some of the major world class clubs on the strip
