Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority Ratings at UNLV

This sorority as a whole has incredible values, however don't join eta rho if you want any hand in the leadership aspect of it all. The advisors play blatant favoritism, and their favorites on exec throw everyone on their team under the bus if they forget to do something. It's incredibly cliquey despite everyone being grown ass adults. Eta Rho has a really jacked up Big/Lil system that is 100% random so chances are you'll get a big that you have nothing in common with and they will never talk to you! (Ain't that great). Gamma Phi truly is an amazing organization, but the blatant favoritism and shadiness given by those "nominated" into leading positions is utter bs.

Solid sorority very honest,sweet and pretty girls that are so accepting of their sisters and involved in the world around them

Dear PNMs, let me start off by saying how proud I am of Gamma Phi Beta. They are the newest sorority here on campus and they are striving! GPHi is all about women empowerment and seeing each and everyone of their sisters succeed in their own ways. They are courageous and are filled with life, which you can tell by their Instagram. If you can picture yourself in GPhi, GO FOR IT! Research what this beautiful chapter has to offer. They are here to make you feel included no matter who you are. GPhi doesn’t get enough recognition, but it’s about damn time they start getting the attention they deserve! Their chapter is filled with smart and beautiful ladies. To the PNMs, be yourself! The ladies from GPHi are there to guide you through recruitment and they will make you feel like you automatically belong. Good luck ladies! 💗

gphib is the newest sorority. they are still trying to find their footing on campus. They are bottom tier for the simple fact that they’re newbies and aren’t well established. They have had a lot of nontraditional students join which I think is great. If you’re older gphib is a great option as long as you are interested and willing to be a good member! They can’t be super picky because they’re still new and need members. I think they have a lot of great potential as does any new chapter.

I may not be in this sorority anymore because of my own personal decisions and things going on in my life, but for the 2 years that I got to be apart of Gamma Phi were the best 2 years of my life. I made the greatest memories and made the absolute best lifelong friends. These girls will always have my heart no matter the circumstances. They are the best group of girls I’ve ever met.

So sad to see an organization that does not seem to care about their members except for the “popular” ones. There was so much potential since this is a newer chapter, but with poor organization and leadership it has unfortunately gone downhill fast.

These newer comments are so inaccurate. Gamma Phi Beta has had a rollercoaster of issues but like every chapter it is bound to happen. Being new may not be an excuse but having the least amount of ratings and spending the least amount of time on campus has an impact. No chapter is perfect, no chapter is horrible, this sorority is a perfect example of that. This chapter is so diverse and unique, every single one of the girls in it carry a different and unique quality they bring to the table for the organization. They try hard to be active in social life on campus and with other organizations and since the day they came onto campus to now they active work hard to make the chapter welcoming and a safe place for every single one of its members. Greek ranks and rumors have affected the chapter in small ways due to the fact words can hurt, yet they remain strong and will uphold what it means to Build Strong Girls. Gamma Phi Beta will blossom in years to come and will do amazing this recruitment.

LMAOOO at this chapter. They have no sisterhood, immature and are very much so at the bottom of the ranking. They say it’s because they’re new but nothing has changed since they’ve been on campus. They are basically a step up from tri sigma and that’s not saying much. Good luck girls

This chapter is very new on campus but all the girls I’ve met have been so nice! They really focus on Greek unity so I haven’t noticed that they hang out with one specific chapter more than others.

Heard that these girls lack maturity, individuality is something they all seem to value so it is sad to see that their sisterhood is not the best. Hope these girls are able to focus on what they keep preaching, because they seem pretty cool.
