Fall '22 Sorority Recruitment

Recruitment only consists of three days plus bid day. So doesn't that make it very difficult for members and PNMs to make informed decisions in such a short period of time, or do the sororities already kind of know who they want before it starts? And with classes already going on, are the parties all at night and what is that schedule typically like?
